Lennert van Laenen (°2004) starts percussion lessons at the age of six with Walter van de Venne. After a while he started also on marimba with Chin Cheng Lin.
In 2012 Lennert joins the percussion ensemble 'de Herleving Brussegem' and 3 years later he also starts with Young Brassband Willebroek.
In 2019 Lennert gets the opportunity to play with Brassband Willebroek. A child's dream come true.
Meanwhile he writes his first composition: Mitä.
